Another poor week, with only 2 days over the 5000 step mark.  Monday was helped out by a trip over to North plaza for a division meeting.  No real clue about the rest of the week at this point.  Again, as pointed out the other day, my allergies are playing a role at this point of the year, keeping me inside more than I’d like.  But, at some point, that excuse only gets me so far.
