Global Fit Week 14

A heat wave in October leads to our best week yet.  Two days over 11,000 and nearly a third over 10,000.  Monday and Tuesday both featured walks around the campus, mostly as a way to avoid certain undesirable visitors to SWAT.  Friday was a WFH day while waiting for the new phone, so that had the previously scheduled wellness walk, as well as a trip to FedEx to drop off some deliveries.  This week will run into some weather related woes, so it was nice to use the good weather while it was available.

Global Fit Week 13

The week got off to a good start, as I went exploring on Sunday, taking Wolf Rd. south the Steger and then back again.  Google Maps tells me it was about 3 miles.  Following that came another week of SWATting, with some extra steps coming on Thursday, due to a broken badge and bowling, and Friday, due to a trip to North to get a new badge.

Global Fit Week 9

Week 2 of vacation got off to a slow start, with a lazy Sunday and part of Labor Day Monday lounging around the house without the tracker.  Tuesday, though, once again pushes past the 10,000 step mark.  Outside of the hour on the treadmill, I don’t remember doing anything else out of the ordinary.  Thursday and Friday show that even wearing the tracker around the house doesn’t do much, as I didn’t leave the house or break 1000 steps either day.  Saturday bounced back with a nearly hour walk around the neighborhood and another trip to the Cell.
