Back in March, IFC announced that they would not be moving forward with a second season of Garfunkel and Oates, based on the musical comedy duo of the same name consisting of Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci.  This is a great loss, as I am a big fan of them as well as the show.

Lindhome has already moved on, co-creating and co-starring in Another Period for Comedy Central, which debuted late last month. Meanwhile, the duo continue to record music and will hopefully have a new album available soon.
