Once again, the Cubs manage to far surpass their play on the field with their superb season ticket packaging.  This year, the team has upgraded from a cardboard box to a large tin featuring an old drawing of Wrigley Field.

Inside the tin was a cornucopia of treasures.  Once again, the team tried to save a few shekels on credit card fees by bribing encouraging people to pay by check.  This year’s enticement was a coffee table book celebrating the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field.In addition to that, there is a 100 years of Wrigley Field DVD, a pin of the Wrigley Field anniversary logo (which sadly did not arrive in one piece), and a pair of ticket holders with special “Season Ticket Holder” lanyards.

After two season of tickets based on Topps baseball cards, this year’s crop celebrates the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field with a look back at the different programs that have been sold at the stadium over the years.
