Well, we’ve reached the approximate half way point of Year 2 of the Global Fit Destination You tracking and my goals for this year, in case you’ve forgotten, were to hit 2,000,000 steps for the year plus make up the steps I missed for 2,000,000 last year to end the year with 4,000,000 steps. Which means that I should be much closer to 3,000,000 steps than I am right now. Of course, this didn’t take into account my assumed sciatic nerve issues that dragged me down for a few months there. While I’d still like to get that Steps towards Goals and Challenges to the 4,000,000 step mark, my intermediate goal is to get the average steps per day back over the 5000 step mark. Wish me luck.
