Less than 12 hours into the New Year and I’m ready for a do-over.  The trouble started around 10:00 with a call from the Consultant.  She had questions about how deleting an Identity should work, which really doesn’t merit a weekend call, let alone on a national holiday.  Makes you wonder how some people are still employed.

That was followed up with a furnace that decided to stop working.  Thankfully, a quick igniter change resolved things and the heat is now working again.  2011 is shaping up to be a banner year.
