As summer winds down and everyone gets ready to head back to school, we turn the page to August with a pair of pictures of Angelina with signs. First, she poses with her Nana beneath the sign for the now-closed Ida’s Restaurant in Boston. In the other photo, her and Danny find themselves below the marquee for Mercury Theater from our visit in November to see the stage production of Clue.

We kick off the second half of 2023 with three pictures of Danny performing with the Troopers drum corp from last August at Lucas Oil Stadium in beautiful Indianapolis.
Grads
As the school year comes to a close and we approach the end of the first half of 2023, we have a shot of Angelina wearing her cap and gown from her graduation from Boston University last May.
Still Showers, No Flowers
Summer is right around the corner (hopefully) and, to celebrate, we have a picture of Danny from his concert last spring at the Elliot Hall of Music. It was my first time inside the building since my graduation ceremony back in 1997.
A Day For Fools
We kick off Michael’s birthday month with another shot of him from Christmas of 2021. Unfortunately, due to his illness over the past year, there weren’t many pictures of him to choose from.
A Spring Thaw
This month’s picture is a collage of shots of Danny performing in the pep band at a Purdue volleyball match last September. This was my first ever volleyball match and, if he does it again next year, I look forward to returning.

New Beginnings
A new year is upon us, bringing with it a chance at new beginnings. We kick off 2023 with the first photo from this year’s calendar, featuring Angelina in front of the tree from last Christmas.
2023 Calendar
Now that Christmas has come and gone, we can unveil the cover to this year’s calendar gift, given annually to my mom and sister, and made up of pictures I have taken throughout the year. It is getting harder and harder to get enough pictures to flesh out the calendar, especially with Angelina spending more and more time in Boston and Michael being homebound for the most part. Danny, on the other hand, is an embarrassment of riches, between his different band activities. As in year’s past. the calendar was produced by the good folks at Shutterfly and we will unveil each month’s photo(s) on the first day of the month throughout 2023.
This year’s cover features Angelina, Danny, and Michael masked up outside of Agganis Arena on the BU campus from our visit this summer for Angelina’s graduation.
