With the warmest day of 2016 so far on tap for tomorrow and pitchers and catchers due in camp to open spring training for both local baseball teams, the initial tastes of spring are in the air.  USA Today has picked both the White Sox and the Cubs to win their respective divisions, which would make for an exciting summer.
