\"Emmy_statue\"<\/a>Tonight’s the night for the Emmy Awards, so it’s time to finish off my predictions for the\u00a0awards. \u00a0Today, we’re\u00a0focusing on the awards for Dramas.\u00a0 I most likely have seen most of these shows, so, unlike my annual Oscar predictions, I will not mostly be going on gut feel and word of mouth, but will have a somewhat informed decision.<\/p>\n

Orange Is The New Black<\/em><\/p>\n

Now that\u00a0Breaking Bad<\/em>\u00a0has moved on, I’m assuming that Game of Thrones<\/em> will take its place.<\/p>\n

Taraji P. Henson,\u00a0Empire<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tatiana Maslany,\u00a0Orphan Black<\/em><\/p>\n

Viola Davis,\u00a0How To Get Away With Murder<\/em><\/p>\n

Claire Danes,\u00a0Homeland<\/em><\/p>\n

Elisabeth Moss,\u00a0Mad Men<\/em><\/p>\n

Robin Wright, House of Cards<\/em><\/p>\n

I was pleasantly surprised to see\u00a0Tatiana Maslany finally recognized for\u00a0her excellent work in Orphan Black<\/em>, but I assume that Taraji P. Henson will take home the prize.<\/p>\n

Kyle Chandler, Bloodline<\/em><\/p>\n

Jeff Daniels, The Newsroom<\/em><\/p>\n

Jon Hamm, Mad Men<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Liev Schreiber,\u00a0Ray Donovan<\/em><\/p>\n

Bob Odenkirk,\u00a0Better Call Saul<\/em><\/p>\n

Kevin Spacey, House of Cards<\/em><\/p>\n

With the final season of Mad Men in the books, I assume that Jon Hamm will take home the trophy for his overall work on the series.<\/p>\n
