Max Frye\u00a0and\u00a0Dan Futterman, <em>Foxcatcher<\/em><br \/>\nWes Anderson, <em>The Grand Budapest Hotel<\/em><br \/>\nDan Gilroy, <em>Nightcrawler<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I haven&#8217;t seen any of these films yet.\u00a0 If I had to guess, which I guess I do, I would think it will come down to either <em>Birdman<\/em> or <em>Boyhood<\/em>, and I&#8217;m going to go with the crew from <em>Birdman<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Best Adapted Screenplay<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jason Hall, <em>American Sniper<\/em><br \/>\nGraham Moore, <em>The Imitation Game<\/em><br \/>\nPaul Thomas Anderson, <em>Inherent Vice<\/em><br \/>\nAnthony McCarten, <em>The Theory of Everything<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Damien Chazelle,\u00a0<em>Whiplash<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another category where\u00a0I have not seen any of the nominated work.\u00a0 I have heard nothing but good things about Whiplash, mostly from Balb Bryan of the Adam Carolla Show, so I will go with that.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Best Animated Feature<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Big Hero 6<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>The Boxtrolls<\/em><br \/>\n<em>How To Train Your Dragon 2<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Song of the Sea<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The Tale of the Princess Kaguya<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Obviously, <em>The Lego Movie<\/em> will take home this prize.\u00a0 Wait, what?\u00a0 It wasn&#8217;t nominated?\u00a0 In that case, I&#8217;ll take a shot in the dark and say <em>Big Hero 6<\/em> will take home the statue.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Best Cinematography<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Emmanuel Lubezki, <em>Birdman<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Robert Yeoman, <em>The Grand Budapest Hotel<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u0141ukasz \u017bal\u00a0and\u00a0Ryszard Lenczewski, <em>Ida<\/em><br \/>\nDick Pope, <em>Mr. Turner<\/em><br \/>\nRoger A. Sheppard, <em>Maleficent<\/em><br \/>\nJacqueline Durran, <em>Mr. Turner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m thinking <em>Into the Woods<\/em> will\u00a0deliver a fairytale ending for Ms. Atwood.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><!--more-->Best Documentary Feature<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Citizenfour<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>Finding Vivian Maier<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Last Days in Vietnam<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The Salt of the Earth<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Virunga<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finding Vivian Maier<\/em> is the only one of these that I have heard of, so this guess has very little behind it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Best Documentary Short Subject<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Crisis Hotline: Veterans Press 1<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Joanna<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Our Curse<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>The Reaper (La Parka)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>White Earth<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is a total guess for a category that I know nothing about.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Achievement in Film Editing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Joel Cox\u00a0and\u00a0Gary D.
