taking a cautious approach this fall, with only two new series on the schedule.\u00a0 The week gets off to a familiar start, with\u00a0<em>Dancing With The Stars<\/em>\u00a0followed by\u00a0<em>The Good Doctor<\/em>\u00a0on Monday nights.\u00a0 Tuesday night starts with the latest version of <em>The Bachelorette<\/em> and then <em>Queens<\/em>, about four estranged women in their 40s who reunite for a chance to recapture the fame they had as a \u201990s hip hop group.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday&#8217;s comedy block stays pretty much the same, with\u00a0<em>The Goldbergs<\/em>,\u00a0<em>The Conners<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>Home Economics\u00a0<\/em>returning and a new version of\u00a0<em>The Wonder Years<\/em>, taking a nostalgic look at a Black middle-class family in late 60s Montgomery, Alabama.\u00a0 <em>A Million Little Things<\/em> finishes of the night.\u00a0 Thursdays look pretty much the same, with <em>Station 19<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em>, and then the moved-over\u00a0<em>Big Sky<\/em>.\u00a0 Friday kicks off with <em>Shark Tank<\/em>, followed by\u00a0two hours of\u00a0<em>20\/20<\/em>. \u00a0Sunday stays mostly all reality, with\u00a0<em>America\u2019s Funniest Home Videos<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Celebrity Wheel of Fortune<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>Supermarket Sweep<\/em>, followed by\u00a0<em>The Rookie<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><i>O<\/i>n the bench for mid-season are\u00a0<em>Abbott Elementary<\/em>, a comedy about dedicated teachers in a failing school,\u00a0<em>Maggie<\/em>, starring Rebecca Rittenhouse as a young woman trying to cope with life as a psychic, and <em>Women of the Movement<\/em>, a limited series\u00a0telling the story of Mamie Till-Mobley, who, in 1955, risks her life to find justice after her son Emmett is brutally murdered in the Jim Crow South.\u00a0 Returning shows for mid-season include the final installment of <em>Black-ish<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cancelled shows never to be seen again are\u00a0<em>American Housewife<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Call Your Mother<\/em>,\u00a0<em>For Life<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Mixed-ish<\/em>,\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Rebel<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a year
