The week gets off to a familiar start with <em>The Voice<\/em> returning for another round on Mondays, followed by <em>Manifest<\/em>, a new drama about a missing plane that returns 5 years in the future. Tuesday leads off with more of <em>The Voice<\/em>, followed by <em>This Is Us<\/em> and <em>New Amsterdam<\/em>, a new medical drama that stars some old favorites.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday is turned over to Dick Wolf, with his 3 Chicago series running back to back to back.\u00a0 Comedy still reigns supreme on Thursday, with <em>Superstore<\/em>, <em>The Good Place<\/em>, and <em>Will &amp; Grace<\/em> joined by <em>I Feel Bad<\/em>, from executive producer Amy Poehler.\u00a0 <em>Law &amp; Order: SVU<\/em> moves to Thursday for its 20th season.\u00a0 <em>Blindspot<\/em> remains on Fridays, where it will continue to lead off the night.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Blacklist<\/em> returns at mid-season, debuting on Fridays after <em>Blindspot<\/em>.\u00a0 Also returning are <em>A.P. Bio<\/em>, <em>Good Girls<\/em>, and, after a pick-up from Fox, <em>Brooklyn Nine-Nine<\/em>.\u00a0 Four new shows also wait for spots on the air, including <em>Abby&#8217;s<\/em>, starring Natalie Morales as a woman who runs a bar in her backyard, <em>The Enemy Within<\/em>, a spy thriller starring Jennifer Carpenter, <em>The Inbetween<\/em>, which sounds fairly ludicrous, and <em>The Village<\/em>, about the inhabitants of a Brooklyn building.\u00a0 Similar to last year, the fate of <em>Timeless<\/em> is still up in the air.<\/p>\n<p>Cancelled shows include <em>The Brave<\/em>, <em>The Carmichael Show<\/em>, and <em>Great News<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NBC announced their new fall schedule yesterday and very few changes are afoot, with only 3 new shows making the cut.
