\"Movie_Reel_22\"<\/a>Many years ago, using the weekly TV guide that came with the Sunday Chicago Tribune, I started keeping track of all of the movies I had seen over the course of my lifetime. The guide would list the two main stars for each movie, and that is a tradition that I\u2019ve carried on in my database ever since. So, given those guidelines, it is time to look at the most prolific actors that have starred in the movies that I have seen in the first half of the first decade of the new millennium, the 2000s.<\/p>\n

2001<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/tfoot>\n<\/table>\n

3 actors tied for the lead in 2000 with 3 movies each, starting with Rachael Leigh Cook, who appeared in the classics AntiTrust<\/em>, Josie and the Pussycats<\/em>, and The Hi-Line<\/em>.\u00a0 The mentally stable Russell Crowe starred in Mystery, Alaska<\/em>, The Insider<\/em>, and the tremendous L.A. Confidential<\/em>.\u00a0 Finally, Tobey Maguire made his mark with Wonder Boys<\/em>, The Cider House Rules<\/em>, and Ride With The Devil<\/em>.<\/p>\n
