Today we near the end of\u00a0the list and look at the\u00a0bottom half of the top 20 albums, breaking the 100 listen mark.<\/p>\n<p>#11: Garbage &#8211; Absolute Garbage<br \/>\niTunes stats: 123 plays<br \/>\nThe greatest hits package from Garbage uses 17 songs to make up this total.<\/p>\n<p>#12: Various Artists &#8211; TV&#8217;s Hits Vol. 7: Cable Ready<br \/>\niTunes stats: 119 plays<br \/>\nThis collection of TV theme songs, mostly from the early to mid 90s, uses 13 different tunes, from shows like <em>Mad About You<\/em>. <em>Saved By The Bell<\/em>, and <em>Blossom<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>#13: Patton Oswalt &#8211; Werewolves And Lollipops<br \/>\niTunes stats: 114 plays<br \/>\nThis total for Patton Oswalt&#8217;s standup set would be significantly higher if I were to sync my old phone again.<\/p>\n<p>#14: The Monkees &#8211; The Monkees Greatest Hits<br \/>\niTunes stats: 110 plays<br \/>\n19 different tracks from the made-for-TV band make up this total.<\/p>\n<p>#14: Journey &#8211; Journey&#8217;s Greatest Hits<br \/>\niTunes stats: 110 plays<br \/>\n4 different tunes make up this total, although 1 of them contributes 106 of the listens.<\/p>\n<p>#16: Queen &#8211; Queen: Greatest Hits I &amp; II<br \/>\n<!--more-->iTunes stats: 109 plays<br \/>\nA very high placement for this album comes on the back of a single song.<\/p>\n<p>#17: Mexican Cheerleader &#8211; Kings And Kings&#8217; Hoots<br \/>\niTunes stats: 106 plays<br \/>\n12 tunes off this sophomore effort from the local punk band make up this total.<\/p>\n<p>#18: Various Artists &#8211; Millennium Hip-Hop Party<br \/>\niTunes stats: 105 plays<br \/>\n12 different tunes, from artists such as Young MC, House of Pain, and Digital Underground, make up the total for this compilation album.<\/p>\n<p>#19: Veruca Salt &#8211; American Thighs<br \/>\niTunes stats: 100 plays<br \/>\n10 songs from the Chicago band&#8217;s debut album make up this nice round total.<\/p>\n<p>#19: Various Artists &#8211; Television&#8217;s Greatest Hits, Vol. 3 (70&#8217;s &amp; 80&#8217;s)<br \/>\niTunes stats: 100 plays<br \/>\nAnother collection of TV theme songs, this time covering the late 70s and the early 80s, uses 29 songs, from shows such as <em>American Bandstand<\/em>, <em>Happy Days<\/em>, and <em>All In The Family<\/em>, to make up this total.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My latest desktop computer arrived in late 2007, at which point I transitioned all of my music off of my laptop. 2 iPods,\u00a03 iPhones, and an iPad later, that computer is still my main repository of music, with iTunes updating its stats every time I listen to something.
