\"old-tv-set1\"<\/a>Continuing our look at the new fall season, here are the offerings that I may find myself interested in for Tuesdays.<\/p>\n

7:00<\/strong><\/p>\n

Selfie<\/em> – I love Karen Gillan and am quite fond of John Cho, but put them together in this loose adaptation of\u00a0Pygmalion<\/em> and, at least based on the pilot, you get a steaming pile of something or other.\u00a0 I will give this a chance to improve due to the talents involved, but I don’t hold out a great deal of hope.<\/p>\n

The Flash<\/em> – Spinning off from Arrow<\/em> comes this latest forray from the CW in to the world of DC superheroes.\u00a0 Hopefully it follows more from Arrow<\/em>‘s example than Smallville<\/em>‘s.<\/p>\n

7:30<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manhattan Love Story<\/em> – I’m not too sold on giving this new show, about the romance beteen two nuerotic New Yorkers, a shot.\u00a0 But, I’m willing to try anything once.<\/p>\n

8:00<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.<\/em> – The show, which greatly improved following the events of Captain America: Winter Soldier<\/em>, returns for a second season at a later timeslot and with a new status quo.<\/p>\n

Supernatural<\/em> – For some reason that nobody can particularly understand, the show returns for its 10th season. \u00a0The show has been adrift for quite some time now and last season really started to drag. \u00a0I’m willing to keep watching, but I don’t know for how much longer.<\/p>\n

Marry Me<\/em> – Casey Wilson reunites with the creator of Happy Endings<\/em>, who also happens to be her husband, for this new comedy.\u00a0 Happy Endings<\/em> was a tremendous show that ended way too early, so I will give this a shot and hope that it rekindles some of that magic.<\/p>\n

New Girl<\/em> – The group returns for season 4, and less couples than we have seen in year’s past.\u00a0 Hopefully, the funny keeps coming.<\/p>\n

8:30<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Mindy Project<\/em> – Season 3 kicked off last week with Mindy and Danny trying to find their way as a couple.\u00a0 Not one of my favorites, but still better than most of the shows I watch.<\/p>\n

9:00<\/strong><\/p>\n

Person of Interest<\/em> – On the run from Samaritan, the team is on the run as season 4 gets underway.\u00a0 Consistently one of the better shows on TV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
