My latest desktop computer arrived in late 2007, at which point I transitioned all of my music off of my laptop. 2 iPods, 2 iPhones, and an iPad later, that computer is still my main repository of music, with iTunes updating its stats every time I listen to something.<\/p>\n

Having already gone through cassette tapes and CDs, and digital music, it\u2019s time to roll everything up with the Top 100 artists that I\u2019ve listened to as of 8\/21\/2013, according to iTunes. Today we look at the the the next batch, numbers 21-30, which includes a nice mix of musical genres and comedy.<\/p>\n

#21: Bon Jovi<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 113 plays<\/p>\n

25 tunes make up the total for the boys from New Jersey who I’ve seen in concert twice.<\/p>\n

#22: Queen<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 112 plays<\/p>\n

O,nly 3 songs from Queen make up the list, with the majority coming from the one celebrating the 2005 World Series Championship.<\/p>\n

#23: Dr. Dre<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 111 plays<\/p>\n

The father of west coast rap used 9 tunes to place this high on the list.<\/p>\n

#24: Steam<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 110 plays<\/p>\n

Only 1 song made up the entire total for Steam, thanks to its inclusion on my White Sox playlist.<\/p>\n

#25: Alanis Morissette<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 109 plays<\/p>\n

The Canadian songstress, who I saw in 1996 at the New World Music Theater, sets a new high with 33 songs making up her total.<\/p>\n

#26: George Carlin<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 104 plays<\/p>\n

47 tracks from the funnyman make up his total.<\/p>\n

#27: Elvis Presley<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 103 plays<\/p>\n

The King of Rock & Roll had 19 songs make up his total.<\/p>\n

#28: Journey<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 98 plays<\/p>\n

Only 4 songs make up this total for Journey, with one getting the majority of hits thanks to its selection as the anthem for the 2005 White Sox.<\/p>\n

#28: Liz Phair<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 98 plays<\/p>\n

The local indie darling, who I have seen in concert multiple times, placed this high thanks to contributions from 23 different songs.<\/p>\n

#30: Green Day<\/p>\n

iTunes stats: 97 plays<\/p>\n
