Holy crap, what a weekend of upsets.\u00a0 I probably shouldn’t even bother checking my ranking anymore, given the sorry state of my brackets.\u00a0 Let’s take a look.<\/p>\n

\"2013_Midwest_Rd3\"<\/a>The Midwest Region isn’t too bad as I have 3 out of 4 alive for the Sweet Sixteen, as well as everything going forward.\u00a0 If only the rest were this good.<\/p>\n

\"2013_West_Rd3\"<\/a>Jesus H. Christ!\u00a0 Only one team still remains, and I have them losing in the Sweet Sixteen, so this region is pretty much dead to me.\u00a0 Gonzaga once again couldn’t get out of the opening weekend and New Mexico, my Final Four pick out of the region, completely crapped the bed by losing to Harvard.<\/p>\n

\"2013_South_Rd3\"<\/a>The South region isn’t too bad, although my big upset pick of North Carolina over Kansas did not pan out.\u00a0 For the second year in a row, Georgetown completely fell apart and embarrassed themselves in the opening round.\u00a0 I hope I remember this when it comes time to pick next year’s brackets.<\/p>\n

\"2013_East_Rd3\"<\/a>Mostly goodness here in the East regional, although I do have Butler going to the Elite Eight.\u00a0 It does still pain me to have Indiana coming out of this region, and I will gladly sacrifice whatever is left of my brackets if it means they go home early and disappointed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
