{"id":2174,"date":"2012-07-18T08:53:06","date_gmt":"2012-07-18T14:53:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/?p=2174"},"modified":"2012-07-16T18:59:11","modified_gmt":"2012-07-17T00:59:11","slug":"global-fit-year-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2012\/07\/global-fit-year-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Global Fit Year 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, the first year of using the Global Fit tracker has come to an end and I didn&#8217;t quite achieve the goal of 2,000,000 steps over the course of the year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Year1Total.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2175\" title=\"Year1Total\" src=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Year1Total.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"635\" height=\"80\" srcset=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Year1Total.jpg 635w, http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Year1Total-300x37.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 635px) 100vw, 635px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I did manage to finish within 10% of the goal and, more importantly, I also managed to keep it up for the entire year. \u00a0Year 2 is now underway, and my personal goal is to improve on this year and hit the 2,000,000 steps, along with the ones I missed this year. \u00a0So I expect to show 4,000,000 total steps by 7\/11\/13. \u00a0Step 1 for that is the upcoming BTN Big 10K race that I signed up for. \u00a0If only I could get out and start training for it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, the first year of using the Global Fit tracker has come to an end and I didn&#8217;t quite achieve the goal of 2,000,000 steps over the course of the year.
