\"itunes_image\"<\/a>We last counted down the Top 200 albums in my iTunes library four years ago. Since that time, the world has literally changed, and my commute has decreased from 1+ hours each way to 25 steps. So, despite the decrease in potential listening time, I figured it was time to take another look, based on number of plays from late 2007 through the morning of January 1, 2022.<\/p>\n

We continue today with the next batch of ten albums that I have listened to the most over the last 15 years, including one comedy album, one compilation, and an even one half of the albums coming from the 90s.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>#187: Tegan and Sara \u2013 Sainthood<\/em>
\niTunes stats: 68 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: 140<\/a><\/p>\n

Eleven of the thirteen songs from this sixth studio album from the Canadian twins added only 13 new listens, causing it to drop 60 spots over the last four years.<\/p>\n

#187: Pink \u2013\u00a0Missundaztood<\/em>

\nPrevious Ranking: NR<\/p>\n

Pink climbs on to the chart thanks to three singles from her 2001 smash release, which increased its listens by more than 74%.<\/p>\n

#187: Cracker \u2013\u00a0Cracker<\/em>

\nPrevious Ranking: 176<\/a><\/p>\n

The 1992 debut from Cracker needed contributions from only two songs, which added a combined 22 new listens, while dropping 18 spots.<\/p>\n

#187: The Muffs \u2013\u00a0The Muffs<\/em>
\niTunes stats: 68 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: 179<\/a><\/p>\n

The debut album from The Muffs, released in 1993, uses three songs, including one that was featured in a Fruitopia ad, to make up this total.<\/p>\n

#186: Various Artists \u2013\u00a0Pure Disco Volume 2<\/em>
\niTunes stats: 69 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: NR<\/p>\n

Five tracks from this compilation album, featuring hits by Barry White, Wild Cherry, and others, powered a nearly 92% increase in plays.<\/p>\n

#185: Guns N’ Roses \u2013\u00a0Appetite For Destruction<\/em>
\niTunes stats: 70 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: NR<\/p>\n

A huge 112% increase for this 1987 debut album for Guns N’ Roses, thanks in large part to Craig Kimbrel using Sweet Child O’ Mine<\/em> as his entrance music with both the Cubs and the White Sox.<\/p>\n

#182: Stone Temple Pilots \u2013\u00a0Core<\/em>
\niTunes stats: 71 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: 165<\/a><\/p>\n

Four out of the twelve songs on this 1992 debut album contributed to this total, with a 48% increase leading to a 17-spot fall in the rankings.<\/p>\n

#182: Soundgarden \u2013\u00a0Superunknown
\n<\/em>iTunes stats: 71 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: 182<\/a><\/p>\n

A decent 61% increase the\u00a0four tracks from the 1994 release, their fourth studio album,\u00a0which was nominated for the Best Rock Album Grammy Award.<\/p>\n

#182: Arrested Development \u2013 3 Years, 5 Months And 2 Days In The Life Of …<\/em>
\niTunes stats: 71 plays
\nPrevious Ranking: 151<\/a><\/p>\n

The 1992 debut album from the Atlanta-based alternative hip-hop group has a fairly even split amongst its three hit singles to make up this total.<\/p>\n
