Since that time, I\u2019ve successfully managed to migrate my music collection to a new PC with the stats intact. So, I figured it was time to take another look, based on number of plays from late 2007 through January 1, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>We finish off the first 3 quarters with the next batch of 10 albums ranked between #51 and 60, including 4 studio recordings, 3 compilations, 2 greatest hits collectoins, and 1 live performance.<\/p>\n<p>#60: P.O.D. &#8211; <em>Satellite<br \/>\n<\/em>iTunes stats: 102 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-29-37\/\">29<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2 tunes, and former White Sox closer Bobby Jenks, are responsible for this total.<\/p>\n<p>#59: Garbage &#8211; <em>Not Your Kind Of People<\/em><br \/>\niTunes stats: 103 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-54-64\/\">59<\/a><\/p>\n<p>48 additional plays over the past 3 years gives this album the exact same ranking.<\/p>\n<p>#58: Poison &#8211; <em>Swallow This Live<\/em><br \/>\niTunes stats: 105 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-38-45\/\">38<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The first CD I ever owned, which I received for Christmas in December of 1991, makes the list thanks to 8 tracks from the double album.<\/p>\n<p>#57: Pearl Jam &#8211; <em>Vs.<\/em><i><\/i><br \/>\niTunes stats: 106 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-38-45\/\">40<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pearl Jam\u2019s second album, which I purchased as a midnight release at the record store in Purdue West whose name escapes me, makes the list thanks to 7 tunes.<\/p>\n<p>#56: Van Halen &#8211; <em>The Best Of Both Worlds<\/em><br \/>\niTunes stats: 107 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/01\/top-200-albums-65-73\/\">68<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This greatest hits compilation makes the list thanks to 8 tracks, split between David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->#55: Various Artists &#8211; <em>Monster Ballads<\/em><br \/>\niTunes stats: 109 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2014\/11\/top-200-albums-149-157\/\">149<\/a>\/<a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2014\/12\/top-200-albums-120-130\/\">127<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This compilation of love songs from hair bands, featuring artists such as Warrant and Cinderella, gets its total thanks to 5 different tracks.<\/p>\n<p>#54: Rolling Stones &#8211; <em>Forty Licks<\/em><br \/>\niTunes stats: 110 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/01\/top-200-albums-84-91\/\">84<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This all-encompassing, double CD hits package has 13 different tracks to make up its total.<\/p>\n<p>#53: The Beatles &#8211; <em>Please Please Me<br \/>\n<\/em>iTunes stats: 111 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-38-45\/\">38<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The remastered version of the first Beatles album uses 7 songs to make the list.<\/p>\n<p>#52: Various Artists &#8211; <em>Booty Jams<\/em><br \/>\niTunes stats: 111 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-54-64\/\">62<\/a><\/p>\n<p>8 songs, from the likes of Tag Team, Tone Loc, and 2 Live Crew, make up the total for this compilation of sexy jams.<\/p>\n<p>#51: Various Artists &#8211; <em>Monsters Of Rap<\/em><\/p>\n<p>iTunes stats: 112 plays<br \/>\nPrevious Ranking: <a href=\"http:\/\/learningturkey.com\/blog\/2015\/02\/top-200-albums-54-64\/\">57<\/a><\/p>\n<p>10 tracks, from the likes of Onyx, Positive K, and 3rd Bass, make up the total for this compilation album.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nearly 4 years ago, we first counted down the Top 200 albums in my iTunes library.
